Bug Description

After a clean installation of mate wily beta 1 i386 inside virtualbox, I tried to move a window by dragging it from its title bar, but it wasn't moving. After a few seconds I saw the bug report tool popping up and I realized that marco had crashed. A few seconds later on everything was again working fine, the window could be moved etc.
