python-mapscript lacks egg-info on trusty

Bug Description

Unlike precise which has egg-info:

/usr/lib/python2.7/dist-packages/MapScript-6.0.1.egg-info

No such file exists with python-mapscript on trusty.

Lack of this file leads to pip cannot determine that mapscript package already installed. In this case I cannot install any package wich depends on mapscript using pip because mapscript cannot be installed from PyPI.
