changelog.Debian.gz self-referential symlink

lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 37 Feb 9 2016 /usr/share/doc/manpages-posix/changelog.Debian.gz -> ../manpages-posix/changelog.Debian.gz

This self-referential symlink causes debsums -c to spin in an (apparently infinite) loop until killed.
