Completely inaccurate an nonsensical translation of ddate manpage

The translator, as he himself states at the end of the manual, has understood nothing at all of the original English manpage, thus he has made up a new and completely unrelated one instead of translating it. The result has not connection with Discordianism or even with the actual behaviour of the program ddate.
