Bug Description

It happens when I first try to install fglrx in Synaptics, and also now happens when I try to uninstall it. Installation somehow is successful, but I just can't uninstall it now.

Dear Janitor,

Please help to close this bug report, the fault is mine.. :(

Doing sudo apt-get install debconf --reinstall fixed the problem, but the root cause of this error is me putting /var/cache on tmpfs.
