maliit-server crashed with SIGSEGV in __GI___pthread_mutex_lock()

I did a fresh flash of image #99 on mako this morning in order to verify the telepathy-ofono account problem that existed in image #98 was fully resolved.

I ran my basic telephony tests, incoming/outgoing calls and text messages, verifying that the mobile data connection worked, and messed around with trying to reproduce a problem I'd seen yesterday where a partial attempt to connect to a Wi-Fi network could result in the menu showed the network connected, whereas the panel icon showed mobile data connected.

At some point I managed to crash unity which completely locked up the UI. At this point, I rebooted the phone and checked /var/crash and found this crash along with a unity crash.

Unfortunately, I don't have a better reproducible scenario. The only activities that involved the keyboard was sending a few text messages, during which it was sometime difficult to get the keyboard to dismiss, and in another case, the Messaging app rotated to landscape mode, while the keyboard stayed in portrait orientation.
