Bug Description

Description: Ubuntu 20.04.01 LTS
Release: 20.04

mali-midgard-dkms:
  Installed: 16.0+pristine-4
  Candidate: 16.0+pristine-4
  Version table:
 *** 16.0+pristine-4 500
        500 http://ports.ubuntu.com/ubuntu-ports focal/multiverse arm64 Packages
        100 /var/lib/dpkg/status

When running either "apt install mali-midgard-dkms". Or "dpkg -i mali-midgard-dkms_16.0+pristine-4_all.deb". I ran into two issue when I expect an installation

1. "/usr/bin/env python" Not found. That was easily fixable with the ln command.
2.
/var/lib/dkms/mali-midgrad/16.0/build/Kbuild:192: /var/lib/dkms/mali-midgard/16.0/build/platform/rk/Kbuild: No such file or directory
make[2]: *** NO rule to make target '/var/lib/dkms/mali-midgard/16.0/build/platform/rk/build'
make[1]: *** [Makefile:1474: _module_/var/lib/dkms/mali-midgard/16.0/build] Error 2
