Bug Description
[Impact]
The message appears as when running -hwe kernels (4.15) on Xenial.
This happens because makedumpfile defines a LATEST_VERSION kernel that "officially"
supports.
Currently, makedumpfile package for xenial has this version set to 4.14.8 and this is
why it shows this message with 4.15 kernels.

I just targeted this to Focal as the focal version of makedumpfile will not work with the focal hwe kernel.
Focal makedumpfile.h says:
#define LATEST_VERSION KERNEL_VERSION(5, 4, 8) /* linux-5.4.8 */
linux-image- generic- hwe-20. 04 currently points to linux-meta- hwe-5.15.
