Bug Description

Currently (unless I'm mistaken) curtin installs grub for whichever of BIOS/UEFI it was booted in. It would be nice for subiquity to be able to install in a way that can boot in either mode, in case the user twiddles their firmware settings or whatever.

This was briefly discussed at the last engineering sprint and ISTR that it may not be the best thing to do here. I'll leave this triaged/wishlist and if we get a concrete yes|no from foundations/grub/uefi folks, then we can either add to next cycle or mark won't fix with details as to why or why not.

We are doing this in ubiquity on the desktop today for 18.04 and later. It may not be necessary for the maas case, but I believe it's what we should be doing for the subiquity case, so that any Ubuntu-installed amd64 boot disk is portable across machines regardless of firmware configuration.
