Bug Description

Installing MAAS makes it complain about this:

maas-region-controller failed to preconfigure, with exit status 127
(Reading database ... 49448 files and directories currently installed.)

I think we mean db_go instead of dbc_go.

Urgh - that's lack of checking for installation of dbconfig-common in the .config script; Marking triaged but low as it's just untidy, rather than causing a specific installation failure.
