Bug Description

Wake on LAN Tasks fail due to missing cobblerd apparmor rule for powerwake:

Please add the required permission
i.e. /usr/bin/powerwake rix,

to:

/etc/apparmor.d/usr.bin.cobblerd

If i manually add the mac addreses on the MAAS dashboard the installation works ok
