Bug Description

mim kbd layout for Myanmar is based on Unicode 4.0 standard. It is none usable because Myanmar unicode standard is changed alot starting from unicode 5.0 .
I've created new layout with all basic featues needed for Myanmar script. My new script is based on unicode 5.2 standard.
User can type vowel E before consonants and kinzi after consonants. This 2 features are very basic and important features for Myanmar language typing system. I've filed a bug report on original project here https://savannah.nongnu.org/bugs/index.php?41047

Please see the attached mim file.
