Bug Description
Binary package hint: lyx
Hi
Lyx uses ISO-8859-1 but the translation is in UTF-8.
I use the French translation.
e.g: Insérer is InsÃ(c)rer
(c) = copyright circle
(under Ubuntu 6.10 edgy eft)
i think it's important to correct that...
