Bug Description

Binary package hint: lyx-qt

The Spanish translation of lyx-qt is not properly encoded. It uses ISO-8859-1, not UTF-8, so the strings appears ugly, as you can see in the screenshot.

Wrong encoding in Spanish translations render the menu options ugly.
