Bug Description

Binary package hint: lyx

After upgrading to lucid from karmic lyx fails to start. The error message is "lyx: error while loading shared libraries: libicudata.so.38: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory"

There is no libicudata.so.38 on my system, although there is libicudata.so.42 (symlinked to libicudata.so.42.1)
