Two columns in Hebrew is in LTR

Bug Description
Dear interested parties,
Hebrew is RTL and that means that multiple columns should be ordered RTL as well.
Currently, this isn't the case. When I select two columns they are created in LTR order.
Using lyx 1.6.1-1~intrepid1 from intrepid-backports.

What's that? I do not think this bug has been fixed upstream recently (I have to admit that I had missed it until now).
The fact is, that we miss a real RtL user/developer these days.
