Bug Description

Binary package hint: lyx

The attached very simple file fails to render.
I have simply put a comment in the middle of a section title. The next time I try to compile, I get some horrific and unintelligible errors from LaTeX.
Instead the user ought to be alerted that something is wrong or forbidden. Impossible things should not be allowed.

LyX 1.6 under Ubuntu 8.10

Upstream comment on bug: "However, there are still ways to transform a (valid) Note inset to an (invalid) comment in section headings (via the dialog, the context menu or copy/paste). This is bug 4180."
