Lyx - Ctrl-F Search Panel blank

Opening Lyx in Ubuntu 19.10, pressing Ctrl-F results in a blank search panel (see screenshot attached).

Do you still experience this bug? I do not remember any similar report on our lyx.org/trac bug tracker.
