Bug Description
Binary package hint: lynx
Here are a few sites that make lynx error with:
SSL error:no issuer was found-Continue? (y)
Now, answering "y" gets you to that site, but it's annoying. Furthermore, breaks scripting lynx with -dump. For example:
$ lynx -dump https:/
Looking up www.thawte.com
Making HTTPS connection to www.thawte.com
lynx: Can't access startfile https:/
Here are some sites that break:
https:/
https:/
https:/
https:/
and certainly many others.
w3m works, as a counter example. Maybe related: w3m was linked with openssl, while lynx is linked with gnutls.

This isn't the same case as Debian #231609
(I'll make a fix in lynx 2.8.8dev.1).
