Bug Description

After the upgrade to gnutls 3.6.4 which has just been added to cosmic, lynx becomes unable to view many ssl enabled sites, for example trying to go to https://cyberciti.biz fails with "Alert: unexpected network read error, connection aborted". There is nothing special about this particular site, its just one I happened to be trying to access at the time I uncovered this issue, and for affected sites, its 100% reproduceable. Downgrading back to gnutls 3.5.19 fixes the issue.
