LXTerminal will not inherit current directory for new windows

Test case 1, 2, & 3 for LXTerminal fails. It will not inherit the working directory from its parent terminal when opening a new terminal window. Instead the new windows always default to the user's home directory.
New tabs inherit the working directory as expected.
