15.10: Multi-monitor - Logout modal dialog only on secondary monitor

Using a multi-monitor configuration the Logout modal dialog is always shown on the Secondary monitor, not the Primary, and interaction with applications on the Primary monitor continues unimpeded.

It'll be fixed on Lubuntu daily build PPA (https://launchpad.net/~lubuntu-dev/+archive/ubuntu/lubuntu-daily), or in lxsession 0.5.3 or higher.
