Bug Description

The logout window shouldn't propose actions which doesn't work.

When clicking on "suspend", I get a black screen but nothing append. When moving the mouse I get again the environment.

When clicking on "hibernate", I observe the same behaviour as for "suspend" but I get a message from dbus which tells I'm not authorized.
