Bug Description

lxqt session unusable after upgrade to 23.10. On login, the windows do not respond to mouse clicks. I have to alternate between Alt-F1 and Alt-F2 session. Then it starts responding, but the window title bar flashes on window movement as if being poorly redrawn.

no, LXQt mostly works after subsequent apt-get updates. I still occasionally run into bug 2043324.
