Bug Description
To reproduce install lxqt-config and to launch lxqt-config-monitor from a terminal. lxqt-config-monitor will display a debug message of segmenetation fault.

lxqt-config is compiled against the wrong liblxqt (0.9) - that could be solved by fixing liblxqt (patch available) and rebuild the package - it must be compiled against liblxqt (0.10)
