I am definitely talking about Scenario B, that is exactly why I reported this bug on the first place and it is NOT an opinion, it is a bug :)

and, any menu on any system must disappear and fade away the moment you finish your work on that menu. I fail to find a good reason why a Menu should be stuck on the desktop and refuse to disappear? this is a huge pain in the next and unwanted behaviour IMHO :)
