Bug Description

The lxpanel (LXDE in Ubuntu 12.04) crashed while I was editing the taskbar settings. More specifically, I was trying to add the "Manage Networks" applet to the taskbar.

Ubuntu 12.04 (precise) reached end-of-life on April 28, 2017.
