Desktop Pager leaves ghost / phantom windows

Quite often, even after a window is closed, it will still show up in the desktop pager. To get rid of it, I have to switch to the other desktop then back again. I only have 2 desktops set up.

Possibly related bug?: Sometimes I have to double click in a window for it to show up in the pager.
