Bug Description

After login lxpanel is not transparent from time to time. I have to go to panel settings, change the background settings of panel and then change it back to transparent, then it works. It happenes usually after logout and login, but I'm not sure about that.

I can confirm this. Using Lubuntu 11.10.
- I set the panel to a single color with some opacity.
- I logout and then login again.
- Panel looks a little bit corrupted like it does in my attachment.
