lxpanel background color doesn't display correctly if "autohide" is set

Bug Description
Binary package hint: lxpanel
OS i am running: Lubuntu 11.10, updated as of today, 5/16/11.
Steps to reproduce: right click on the panel, choose "panel settings", go to "advanced".
Check the box for "minimize when not in use" and close panel settings window. Then you may have to reboot to reproduce the problem.

No need to restart the machine to reproduce the problem. Once you have set the panel to autohide, just restart lxpanel: run this terminal command and then wait for several seconds; then mouse over the panel to cause it to pop into view:
lxpanelctl restart
