Bug Description
To reproduce install lubuntu 17.04 and then plug in an external monitor. Run lxrandr to set the monitor above the laptop lcd. Then change lxpanel to be on monitor 2 so it shows up on the lower monitor. Then in lxrandr after using the laptop with external screen open lxrandr and try to use the laptop lcd only and lxpanel crashes.
