Bug Description
The screen settings are not fitting in the second panel in Lubuntu 16.04 after a fresh instal. My laptop display is distorted due to some damage, So I use an external display to use the laptop. I solved it by guessing that the panel is actually below the visible part of the window, so I clicked on the bottom-left and the menu popped up, and I set the monitor to use the external panel only. And it worked as a solution.
