Bug Description
Lubuntu 16.04, lxpanel 0.8.2, Lenovo Y700.
The panel becomes horribly broken (albeit functional) when I set it to the side.
Scenario:
* Right click the panel on the bottom of the screen.
* Panel settings.
* Change position to "left".
Although every component of the panel is still there, they all look misaligned and in the case of the task bar, broken.
Specifically:
* The battery icon is aligned to the left, the wireless signal icon is almost centered, but not quite, the shutdown icon is left-aligned. All other icons are center-aligned.
* The background of the panel consists of blocky rectangles, and the task bar icons don't necessarily align with these icons.
The expected behavior would be for the icons to be aligned correctly (centered) and for the rectangles behind everything to not be there, as is the case when the panel is on the bottom of the screen.
