Bug Description
Steps to reproduceon an install of ubuntu mate run apt-get install lubuntu-core and get lxpanel and add the battery applet have the battery get discharged then plug the laptop in and turn it on so that is charging on ac power as you use it. It says it will charge to full in 0:00 when it is half charged.
