Bug Description
I have my Lxpanel (version 0.6.99.0) set with a transparent custom coloured background (black) and custom text colour, after rebooting or logging off and back on again, Lxpanel doesn't remember these settings.
"$ lsb_release -rd
Description: Ubuntu Trusty Tahr (development branch)
Release: 14.04"

What composite manager are you starting for the transparency for the lxpanel and are you starting that automatically? Lubuntu does not ship with a composite manager by defualt so you have to add your own.
