Bug Description
The stock /etc/xdg/
The <Exclude> element does not work.
The <Deleted> element does not work and causes the menu file that includes it not to be read in.
The <OnlyUnallocated>, same as <Deleted>
These things break any application that uses merge directories so the user can edit the application menu.
