Bug Description
I've been experiencing an issue with LXPanel running Compiz (as launched through Compiz Fusion Icon, with minor customization (plugins)).
After some time using the desktop, LXPanel, although it is configured to auto-hide, disappears or becomes transparent when you move the mouse to the lower pixels of the screen. It looks like it is still 'popping up' as there's a hint of the top line, but none of the icons or task bar are visible, as if it's become transparent.
