Bug Description

My laptop LCD resolution: 1024x600, inches 10,1'

Lxhotkey doesn't have a scrollbar and that make the app doesn't fit in screens with low resolution/ low inches.

# Steps to reproduce:
1)Set resolution 1024x600 or lower
2)Open Lxhotkey;
3)Try see the last shortcut.

# Expect Results:
See all shortcuts

# Actual Results:
I can see only 20 shortcuts in screen, but i have more.

Add a scrollbar in lxhotkey-gtk

This issue is fixed in recent upstream sources 0.1.1 which is in the archive now:
