  * Fix meson build in debian/tests/exercise: specify the rest of the
    required configuration parameters.
  * d/p/test-usernic-fixes:
    - drop the hunks dealing with cgroups.  lxc uses the systemd api
      to do that.
    - ifconfig is not available, use ip
