lxc: adt testing failing across the board on ppc64el

We are seeing ADT test failures across all kernels on all releases (which have the architecture) on ppc64el.

Is this still an issue? In any case, I think that this was caused by trying to download an image that doesn't exist, e.g. a version of ubuntu that we did not provide a ppc64el build at the time. We recently merge https://github.com/lxc/lxc/pull/1232 which tries to be smarter about downloading an appropriate image. So tentatively marking this as fix committed.
