I can't Understand You. I'm sorry. My bug reports are based on the "auto"

This might not be a bug, but for those that choose this package and then cannot get it to work because; they don't need it, don't know what it really tries to do, or just don't known how to configure and run the scripts, check the syslog, dpkg, or --configure the circular reference sounding packages, there doesn't seem to be a easy out. Uninstalling does not seem to fix the situation once it's installed, and this message pops up for practically every update, upgrade, or script. Someone feel free to e-mail me with the info to set this up right, or stop the error messages. But the info should probably be on one of these bug pages for those trying to fix the error messages there're getting. I know this probably needs it's own posting somewhere else, partly cause I did not get the bug message this is posted under, but when I tried posting it separately, it was rejected, and it was written the packages were working right.

I am running into this too, I am a newbie, I mean I just recently-last week- started to run Ubuntu on my Dell Pentium 3000 Desktop. I installed some packages that seemed great to have, but now am stuck with no way to add or remove anything. I have entered my recent error codes into Google and had some luck on how to uninstall clvm and have performed verbatum in terminal. I guess i could believe that there is some admin prv, like the university, but this is my computer. I wonder if maybe rebooting CD image and reinstalling will work and ignore Red Hat .

Same problem here. I´ve posted in the forums and no one seems to know exactly what is going on. However it happened to me (or so I thought) because of a power outage during an update. Perhaps that was not the issue after all.
