Bug Description
Whilst creating a new logical volume, lvcreate emits non-fatal error about UDEV not creating device nodes.
# lvcreate Padfoot -n test -L 8G
The link /dev/Padfoot/test should had been created by udev but it was not found. Falling back to direct link creation.
