fail boot after installation with lvm due to missing thin-provisioning-tools

when installating and creating a raid 1 with lvm cache etc, system fails to boot due to missing /usr/sbin/cache_check reports lvm2-pvscan@, fixes itself after installing the package thin-provisioning-tools
