provide manpage for clvm/LVM cluster setup

Bug Description
The manpage of `lvm` doesn't cover cluster setup except for some options without any reference what cluster setup means and `clvm` doesn't have a manpage. The manpage of `clvmd` doesn't explain cluster setup and necessary changes to configuration files. It should be able to figure out how to get over `clvmd: cluster not configured. Aborting.` in `systemctl status clvm.service` after lecture of the manpages.
