Bug Description

After having installed luma in Ubuntu Hardy Heron x86_64 I have noticed that no entry is present in applications menu (I expect this entry should be placed in the Internet submenu)

Changed in luma (Ubuntu):
importance: Undecided → Low
status: New → Confirmed

Debians 2.4-1 adds a menu file.
We should also add a desktop file!

Personally I don't like desktop file. I like Ubuntu philosophy of having desktop clean. You can however add an icon on the gnome bar taking it from the app menu.

I meant /usr/share/applications/luma.desktop and not a icon on the users desktop!

A fix can be found on my PPA and on debian/mentors.
Until now nobody uploaded it to Debian or Ubuntu.
