Missing JAR files

Bug Description

It seems that this package misses some of the Solr JAR files -- in particular, I couldn't find the plugin JAR files for the Tika integration [0]. These files are part of the official Solr releases (I verified that for the Solr version of this package [1]) and the Solr documentation assumes that they are available.

Did I miss something or are these files left out deliberately?
