Bug Description
It's impossible to switch users in Lubuntu 12.04 LTS after locking the screen with CTRL-ALT-L
An unlock dialog shows up and the "New Login" button that would normally open a new login greater to swtich users instead shows a text message:
xcrseensaver: 11:06:47 could not execute "gdmfelxiserver": No such file or directory
Installing the GDM package which includes the above binary doesn't help much either.
This regression is similar in loss of functionality and importance to the following Unity / LightDM bug:
* No "switch user" button when screen locked - Bug #950583
