[12.04] lubuntu-system is trying to install citadel-server with latest dist-upgrade

i dont think its an issue on lubuntu-desktop but i dont know a better way to report this bug

the latest dist-upgrade is pulling citadel

http://packages.ubuntu.com/source/precise/citadel

i dont think we want something like a "complete and feature-rich groupware server" on a lubuntu system

my fault, the reason is "quilt" which i installed as an addition.
i closed that bug as "invalid"
