This bug report has been raised against 'lubuntu-desktop' which wasn't installed at the time of reporting. Kubuntu 20.04 seems to be the desktop environment in use at the time.
Both Kubuntu and Lubuntu 20.04 are no longer supported.
@Janis Kangaroo, is your issue still relevant when using a currently supported release?
