kubuntu-settings-desktop and some other packages still depend on (old) ttf-ubuntu-font-family

Package ttf-ubuntu-font-family seems to be replaced by fonts-ubuntu in bionic, but some packages in eoan still depend on the old package.

I discovered this after upgrading to eoan and trying to purge transitional packages, getting the suggestion to also remove kubuntu-settings-desktop 1:19.10ubuntu5

ldm-ubuntu-theme
ldm-edubuntu-theme
kubuntu-settings-desktop

This bug was fixed in the package kubuntu-settings - 1:19.10ubuntu7

The transitional ttf-ubuntu-font-family package was not built by the latest upload of the fonts-ubuntu source package.

Remaining package relationships to handle:

* lubuntu-default-settings depends on ttf-ubuntu-font-family
* lubuntu-desktop recommends ttf-ubuntu-font-family

Please use fonts-ubuntu instead.
